Owner and founder Doug Heay established C & H Construction more than 40 years ago. Over the course of his career, Doug has worked in nearly every aspect of residential construction, from framing and finish carpentry to project management and his current role as President. That hands on experience has given him an exceptional understanding of the building process, and his commitment to quality is reflected in every C & H Construction project. From the initial concept through final completion, Doug remains personally involved to help ensure each home meets the company’s standards for craftsmanship and attention to detail.

C & H Construction is proudly family owned and operated. Doug’s sons, Steve and Shawn, have each been part of the company for more than 30 years. Together, they oversee projects, coordinate construction, and help ensure that quality, scheduling, and communication remain consistent throughout the building process.
